The management of the property and affairs of the Association shall be vested in the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall have the power to appoint such standing committees as it shall determine appropriate and to delegate such powers to them as the Board shall deem advisable and which it may properly delegate.

The Board of Directors shall consist of the following positions: State Coordinator, Vice Coordinator, Secretary, Treasurer, two North Section Representatives and two South Section Representatives.
